Media Communications Specialist • Voice Over Talent • Event Host • Motivational SpeakerRoxene Nickle is a seasoned Media Communications Specialist, Voice Over Talent, Event Host, and Motivational Speaker based in Kingston, Jamaica. With well over three decades of professional experience in radio and television, she brings authority, warmth, and precision to everything she does.
Her career has taken her from the broadcast booth at institutions including RE-TV, CVM TV, POWER 106 FM, KOOL 97 FM, and The Edge 105 FM — where she has served as Broadcast Technician, Programmes Manager, Master Controller, Camera Operator, Editor, Director, Producer, and Presenter — to commanding some of Jamaica’s most prestigious stages.
A co-host of the internationally acclaimed Jamaica Jazz & Blues Festival and the Miss Jamaica World Pageant, Roxene has also represented Jamaica as a global delegate in India (Kumbh Mela 2019) and China (Radio & Television Techniques Course). She is a passionate advocate for Endometriosis awareness with the B.A.S.E. Foundation, and a committed member of the Lions Club of New Kingston.
Roxene’s voice and presence have graced commercial campaigns for JMMB, Best Dressed, Peckish 876, Digicel, JN, and many more — airing locally and internationally. She is available for voiceover, hosting, speaking, and media coaching engagements across Jamaica, the Caribbean, and beyond.
